Adding Form to Slider (Hotel, Beachhouse Demo)

Here is a screenshot of our settings under WP Dash / Bellevue / Sliders / Add New

• Button Tab: (nothing checked)
• Background Tab
  • Background styling = Checked
  • Color = None
  • Background Image = Choose your image
  • Repeat = No
  • Attachment = Scroll
  • Position = Center Bottom or Center Center
  • Size = Cover
  • Text Contrast = Light
• Padding: 230px for top and bottom
• Shortcode
  • Shortcode = [formidable id=3]
  • Form border = light
• Alignment: Large Styling = Checked
• Then add this slider to any page.
